Terms of Use — iDrive

1. Agreement to Terms

Use of the iDrive application and services (hereinafter: "the Service") is subject to these terms of use. By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

iDrive provides a management system for driving instructors and driving schools — managing schedules, students, vehicles, invoices and reports.

3. User Account and Security

1. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Accounts should not be shared with other users.
2. Any unauthorized use or suspected security breach must be reported immediately.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

1. The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis, according to the selected plan.
2. Payment processing is done through a third-party payment processor (Tranzila). Payment terms, credits, and cancellations are also subject to law and the payment processor's guidelines.
3. Non-payment may result in account suspension or cancellation, following advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited uses include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with or disrupting the service
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts
• Using the service for any fraudulent or illegal activity

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through the app or website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.
